Client Partnership Agreement
Before we begin working together, I like to ensure we're both on the same page regarding the scope of work, deliverables, and expectations. Once we finalize the service package or custom solution, I will send over a Client Partnership Agreement outlining:- Scope of services (based on the chosen package or custom work)
- Timeline for deliverables
- Payment terms and schedule
- Responsibilities of both parties
- Performance guarantees and strategy optimization commitments
- Agreement on confidentiality, usage rights, etc.The Onboarding Process1. Initial Consultation Call:
- After you reach out, we’ll have a 30-minute discovery call to chat about your business needs, goals, and how I can best help you. During this call, I will gather key details to determine what services or packages will work for you.2. Social Proposal:
- After our call, I’ll provide you with a Social Proposal. This will outline the recommended package or a custom service plan tailored to your needs. It will include pricing, timelines, and a breakdown of deliverables so you have full clarity on what to expect.3. Agreement and Onboarding Fee:
- Once the proposal is approved, I’ll send the Client Partnership Agreement for review and signature.
- After signing the agreement, the onboarding fee is due, which covers account setup, strategy development, and initial content planning. After this, we’re ready to begin!4. Project Start:
- After the onboarding fee is received, we’ll schedule our kickoff meeting to go over the strategy in detail, begin content creation, and get everything set up for your first month.
